Our Return Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. This gives you plenty of time to be sure your purchase is perfect for you.

Condition
Please return your item in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Whenever possible, include the original box and any additional packaging or components you received.

Packaging
Use the original packaging for your return if you can. If that’s not possible, kindly package your item securely so it travels home safely. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Proof of Purchase
Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase, along with your contact details, so we can process your return promptly.

Return Fee
We charge a flat $9.99 return fee to help cover shipping and handling. If you prefer a refund in the form of a gift card, we’ll waive this fee—it’s our way of saying thank you for giving us another chance to delight you.

Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale products or customized pieces. Thank you for understanding these special circumstances.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry! Notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can fix the issue or send a replacement right away.
